In order to meet the different development stage of oilfield technology needs, solve the oilfield development interlayer contradiction, the realization of effective and efficient production, depth of tapping the potential, through continuous research and technological innovation, oil began promotion of staged fracturing technology. In order to accurately determine fracturing layer, ensure pipe column safety requires an understanding of the pipe string on the stress and strain distribution. Therefore, it is necessary of staged fracturing pipe column for in-depth analysis of force, the special software, for oil production pipe column design to help.Compiled in this paper, we study the pipe strings mechanics basic theory, fracturing string mechanical model is established; secondly carried out fracturing pipe column the local flow numerical simulation, obtained fracturing pipe string mechanical analysis for boundary conditions; again on the fracturing pipe column the actual working condition of the analysis to determine the calculation process and the boundary conditions of processing method, pipe strings mechanics basic theory basis for fracturing pipe string mechanical analysis software.Then in fracturing pipe string mechanical analysis methods are mature, the fracturing pipe column design optimization method. Finally, using self compiled software for fracturing pipe column of the numerical simulation and experimental verification.Through the above research, culminating in the 1 set for the double seal single card fracturing and vertical well real fracturing downhole pipe string optimization analysis method;developed a set of fracturing pipe column simulation analysis system platform and realize of coiled tubing fracturing string in simulation and analysis of flow field and force, and has a step function expansion; to carry out the calculation results and field tube column displacement test data comparison, for b1-312-p54 wells was calculated and logging data, the error is less than 20%. It is proved that the rationality of the calculation results of the software.
