Liaohe basin has experienced more than 30 years of exploration, with the deepening of exploration and research work to develop in depth, with the natural gas exploration in Liaohe Oilfield deepening, Liaohe ancient Qianshan are low pressure, low permeability and fractured reservoir, lithology is mainly Archaeozoic metamorphic rocks, high hardness, strong abrasive, poor drillability in conventional drilling of low ROP, footage of single bit less, and the construction is prone to various underground complex situation, in order to discover and protect reservoirs, improve drilling speed, shorten the drilling cycle, the permeability of fractured reservoirs with low permeability gas drilling technology in ancient Qianshan, for improving the effect of exploration and development of the ancient Qianshan has a very important significance.Gas drilling technology is to gas as circulating medium of new drilling techniques, the gas density is less than that of the liquid and the gas column pressure of the borehole is lower than the conventional drilling fluid hydrostatic fluid column pressure, easily in the bottom of the well due to the formation of pressure difference, which not only can effectively prevent the liquid phase and the solid phase into the reservoir, reservoir protection and greatly improve the drilling speed, reduce or avoid lost circulation of downhole complex. Is mainly discussed in this paper through the application of gas drilling site of ancient buried hill in Liaohe, of method parameters of gas drilling, hole deviation control technology, effluent judgement method and gas drilling complex prevention key technologies are studied, the initial formation of the Liaohe buried hill gas drilling system theory and supporting technology, the buried hill in the use of gas drilling technology in Liaohe, effectively shortening the drilling cycle, reduce drilling cost, improve the success rate of exploration has important significance.Based on the analysis of the problems in the development of the ancient buried hill strata in Liaohe oil field, the application of gas drilling in the field was studied, and the key technologies of gas drilling in the ancient Qianshan of Liaohe Oilfield were studied:(1) the study of gas drilling parameters in Liaohe ancient QianshanThrough the analysis of the present development situation of Liaohe Oilfield buried hill determined gas drilling is to improve the development of buried hill is one of the effective ways, selection of gas drilling horizon, calculate the minimum gas drilling parameters and optimizing gas drilling equipment configuration.(2) research on the technology of gas well drillingThrough field application of Liaohe buried hill gas drilling, borehole deviation during gas drilling problems of research, gas drilling deviation during various factors are analyzed, and the gas drilling deviation control and provide technical measures.(3) study on the method of the formation water atomization drillingTo study the way of the formation water atomization drilling, through the field test to ensure that the formation of the formation water after the use of spray drilling to ensure the smooth progress of the lower part of the construction.
