After more than 50 years of exploration and development, the oil and gas resources with good permeability and high oil saturation have been developed, which has made a major contribution to the stable production of Dagang oilfield. With the development of oil field, low permeability and low porosity of the oil and gas blocks will become the target of oil production. Therefore, the oil and gas reservoir of low porosity and low permeability reservoirs can be found to do good the job of testing-oil.The reservoir characteristics, fluid properties and preliminary oil testing operation of development block of Binshen 24 and Binhai 1 are analyzed in this paper. The difficulty of selecting the oil testing technology, the difficulty of returning to the residual liquid, and the sensitive of the area environment in the process of testing-oil are found.In view of these difficulties, a variety of perforating methods are studied and analyzed, preferably a deep penetrating perforation process and a multi-stage pulse perforation process. The technology can effectively penetrate the perforation of the pollution zone; Produced in the process of perforating shock wave to around the perforations in micro fractures to formation of effective communication, improve the discharge flow area. Research formed the test oil fracturing integratio n process, integration technology of fracturing and hydraulic jet pump drainage, and integration technology of fracturing and sucker rod pump; They realize the multiple processes such as perforation, fracturing, drainage or operation, reduces the number of washing and pressing well, protects the oil and gas layer, saves the construction cost and shortens the construction period. Preferred two kinds of liquid drainage technology of Hydraulic pump drainage and sliding sleeve type gas lift valve drainage, are conducive to the effusion of low permeability wells. Composite seal technology improve the quality of High pressure gas reservoir. O il extraction tree pressure test technology makes up the short board, construction site can not test the high pressure of t he oil tree and eliminates he risk of well control safety. Through the study of the formation of the development of the north slope of the test oil matching technology, solved the problem of low porosity and low permeability wells in the test process;it has a certain reference value for Tight reservoir, low porosity and low permeability reservoir and other unconventional oil and gas reservoirs.
