Plastic additives are industrial chemicals that are added to plastomer during the production for improving the physicochemical properties. Plastic additives are applied wildly in food package industry,and the migration of plastic additives into food stuffs becomes a hot issue in the field of food safety determination. Many countries have come up with more and more strict demands on the quantity of plastics additive migrated into food, and the determined kinds are increasing. It has been a technical challenge in analytic field because of the large numbers of plastic additives and their various characters. The progress of analytical technology is making it possible to solve this problem.An ultra pressure liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(UPLCMS/MS) method has been established that can determine the multi-kinds and multi-members of plastic additives in wine at the same time to explore the quantity of six sorts(35 kinds) of plastic additives include antioxidant, plasticizer, ultraviolet light absorber, colorant, surfactant and fire retardant. First, the sample were diluted with water to 20% alcohol, extracted twice with acetonitrile and concentrated by a rotary evaporator at low temperature of 45℃and analyzed by UPLC-MS/MS. The column is ACQUITY HSS T3 reversal phase C18 and the mobile phase is methanol +0.1% ammonium acetate solution. The ionization mode is electrospray ionization(ESI),the scan mode is multiple reaction monitor and quantified with external standard method. The results show that all of determinand gain a good linear relation during the concentration range of 0.04 μg/mL~0.2 μg/mL, the coefficient of association are all bigger thanmode is multiple 0.9266, The add recoveries of low, medium and high level spiked samples ranged from 71.18%~94.72%,the relative standard deviations(RSD%) ranges from 2.1%~16.4%. The limits of detection(LOD) were 0.01 μg/mL for 20 of the determinands,and 0.02 μg/mL for others, respectively.Fifteen kinds of plastic additives are found in 12 wine samples. It shows that the method established above can determine the plastic additives that belong to different kinds and have various difference in the physical and chemical characters in wine. This method can determine the plastic additives with high reliability and sensitivity rapidly, and the possibility of determine the plastic additives in different sorts and multiple kinds in wine come true at the same time.
