Sucker rod pumping unit is used most frequently in artificial lifted well for the moment, but after a long time of operation the sucker rod pumping system will lead to the failure of the eccentric wear. The consequence is not only the costs will be increased, but also reduces the pump inspection cycle. It is adverse to normal production of oil field. It is found that there are several kinds of failure of sucker rod pumping system: rod or tube problems caused by eccentric wear of rod and tube; pump problem like stuck pump, leakage, the block of fixed valve; some common problem including sand up, wax deposit, crust and so on. With the anti-eccentric advances in technology and application, it effectively slowed the eccentric wear. However, most of these methods only apply to use the after the eccentric wear happened. We can not predict the trouble in advance. This will increase the risk of pumping wells accident virtually and make partial anti-eccentric measures invalid. With the use of the rod pumping system year after year, the eccentric wear problem become more and more serious. The most major task at the present stage of oil field work is to advance in the prevention of the eccentric wear of risk, which can ensure the safe operation of pumping wells and extend the oil pump inspection cycle.When most of the oil field of our country has entered into the late oilfield development, in order to effectively reduce the number of construction work, under the condition of safe and reasonable to increase the pump inspection cycle, reduce the found that the problem of time lag, in this stage risk prediction appears especially important.This article is mainly aimed at the production well, operation well and eccentric well(2012- June 2015) which belongs to the eight operational zone of BZ test area makes a statistic analysis on the production status and work characteristics. It is concluded that the main influence factors. Through the analysis of the law between the influence factor and the sucker rod wear rate, the rod and tube eccentric wear mechanism of BZ test is reached. And ultimately determine the risk factors of eccentric wear of BZ test area, introduces the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy mathematics theory, combined with the actual production data and expert experience, calculate the weight by using a variety of methods, and develop the risk factors evaluation standard to evaluate the risk index.
