A Study On Technical Threshold Value Of Adjusting Measures During Polymer Flooding In Sub-layers In The West Block Of Fault East

The polymer flooding technology has already been widely applied in sub-layers, but the determination methods of technical threshold value of adjusting measures are mainly qualitative or semi-quantitative. In order to reduce the human factors and uncertainties to improve the effect of adjusting measures, it is of great significance to study a quantitative method instead.By selecting the sub-layers in the west block of Fault East as a study object and applying numerical simulation method to perform a fine history matching of a symbol well group, the technical parameters of fracturing and profile control were determined, meanwhile the variation regulation of fracture conductivity was obtained, thus effectively guiding the prediction of the effect of measures.Through the univariate analysis of the effect of fracturing and profile control, the impact of every factor on the effect of measures and the key influencing factors were obtained. By conducting multi-factor orthogonal experiment of numerical simulation, the relationship between oil increment with the effects of measures was obtained, besides the prediction model of the effect of measures was established.Applying the established mathematical model, the effect of measures at different stage of polymer flooding in different condition of static and dynamic parameters was analysed. Finally, the technical threshold value of adjusting measures was determined.Applying the determined technical threshold value to the whole west block of Fault East, the development effect after modified measures was predicted, which verified the scientificity and rationality of the technical threshold value of adjusting measures. This kind of study method can be used not only for the determination of technical threshold value of adjusting measures but also for the evaluation of adjusting measures in the similar blocks.
