This paper analysis the properties of distilling kerosene of various crude oil processed by Liao he Petrochemical company and the feasibility of producing jet fuel by the process of kerosene- hydrogenation refining was discussed. Studies the feasibility of the production of jet fuel blending with the distilling kerosene of the paraffin and naphthenic base crude oil and discuss the industrialization production of No.3 jet fuel selection of raw materials and technology scheme of diesel hydro-treating unit has carried on the preliminary research and discussion on the technical reconstruction of diesel hydro-treating unit is proposed.This paper introduces the general situation of the Medium Pressure Hydro-upgrading(MHUG) unit in Liao he Petrochemical Company, summarizes the scheme of raw material, product structure and production status, and discusses the feasibility of using this unit to produce jet fuel. Analysis of the performance of SRGO, LCO, HCGO, AGO & VGO as feed components of the MHUG unit for the production of NO.3 jet fuel. Analysis of the suitable distillation range, properties and yield of MHUG unit with inferior diesel as raw material produce jet fuel product. Introduce the situation of technological transformation of blending-refining wax oil adaptable and fractional in the MHUG unit and summarized key properties of light diesel as jet fuel product after the transformation of system and analyzed the quality failure factors, draws the conclusion that via adjusting light diesel distillation range can produce No.3 jet fuel product in unchanged the structure of raw materials and process parameters.Describes the situation of research and development of No. 3 jet fuel,which utilize AGO & VGO of Liao He low freezing and mixed heavy oil via two process routes of hydrogenation treatment- hydrogen pour point depression- supplemental refining and hydrogenation treatment- isomerism desorption wax- supplemental refining, examines the feasibility and suitability of raw materials and process technology.
