| The steam injection pipeline is an important part of the steam injection system, which is important for the stable production of the heavy oil. The operating environment of the steam injecting pipeline is harsh. Some of the pipelines have a longer service time. There is easy to be accident when the steam injection pipeline is always working in high pressure and temperature. The safety problem which the steam injection pipeline faces is pretty serious, so it is necessary to apply safety assessment to the steam injection pipeline.Under the full investigation of the heavy oil field, the paper applies the safety assessment to the steam injection pipeline with the basic principle of the safety principle. At first, the paper conducts the corrosion experiment of the pipe based on the corrosion principle to test the corrosion rate,test the creep performance of the pipe based on the creep principle, test the fatigue life of the pipe in different condition based on the fatigue principle.Secondly, establish the residual life model of corrosion and the residual life model of fatigue, and forecast the residual life of the steam injection pipeline under the foundation of the residual life principle. Thirdly, research on the stress strength interference theory of the reliability theory, establish the failure probability prediction model of the steam injection pipeline based on the delivery pressure, and apply the advanced first-order second-moment method to solve the pipeline failure probability. Considering the fuzziness of the three pipeline failure modes, establish the model of the pipeline fuzzy failure probability prediction model, and apply Mento-Carlo to solve the pipeline failure probability. At last,identify the dangerous and harmful factors of the steam injection pipeline, and apply PHA to conduct qualitative risk assessment and propose the measures for improving, and combine the gray principle and the AHP to establish the risk assessment model of the pipeline and conduct the quantitative risk assessment. |
