With the outstanding performance of nano materials in various fields, preparation methods of nanomaterial have become more and more diversity. As the most simple and effective method to prepare nanofibers, electrospinning method has gradually become a hot research topic. With large specific surface area, high porosity and other advantages, electrospinning nanofiber has great potential applications in many fields such as biomedical, energy materials and so on. Due to the electrostatic spinning nano fiber applications in different fields needing different diameter distribution、 arrangement orientation and pore requirements, so research for the related processes in the preparation of electrospinning nanofiber has great significance for preparing nanofibers with excellent quality and protoming its potential application value.Based on the electrostatic spinning technology, the following three aspects of the work have been done in this topic :Firstly, a set of electrostatic spinning system with some automatic functions is set up, which can effectively reduce the cost of the experiment equipment. Based on PLC and touch panel interface programming, the design of the electrostatic spinning system is automatic in some degree, and has a good human-machine interface. In addition, a new kind of electrospinning receiver is designed, which has three modes(single cylinder electrode, static parallel double cylinder electrode, a dynamic parallel double drum electrode) and can be convenient for studying on electrostatic spinning nanofiber orientation process.Secondly, the related process of preparing electrospinning nanofibers is researched. The effects of process parameters on the starting voltage and the diameter distribution of electrospinning nanofibers are studied. What?s more, based on the multi mode receiver designed in the electrostatic spinning system, parallel oriented process of electrospun nanofibers is also studied. In the end of this part, the experimental results show that the increase of the thickness of the electrospinning nanofibers has a tendency to decrease the pore size and porosity.Finally, preliminary studying on the application of electrospinning nanofibers in the skin tissue engineering and lithium battery. Preparing a composite electrospinning nanofiber made of PLGA / silk prime protein for skin scaffolds, and the experimental results show that with floating, anti wrinkle and automatic degradation characteristics, the electrostatic spinning nanofibrous membrane is a good potential skin tissue scaffold. In addition, cobalt oxide nanoparticles were prepared by electrospinning.The results of applying it in lithium ion battery electrode show that lithium ion battery discharging capacity are greatly improved, but its stationarity、cyclic and efficiency of the chargedischarge performance need to be improved.
