The city and county in Yunnan Province has completed the full coverage of life waste landfill treatment facilities, there are large quantities of domestic waste landfill site has been put into construction and operation. Evaluating the stability of landfill site is conducive to reduce or eliminate the produced harm caused by the landfill during its construction, operation process. At the same time, effective theoretical guidance for the reuse of the site is conducive to the construction and management of municipal solid waste landfill site in Yunnan Province.In this paper, based on the questionnaire which is issued to seek professional advice, then combined with local practice, starting from the four first class indexes of the landfill, leachate discharge, site settlement and gas production, selected the organic matter content, COD content, litter age, the average settlement rate and other 15 second class indexes as the index system of the, the city landfill in Yunnan Province stability evaluation. On the basis of Delphi method, choose analytic hierarchy process to calculate the weight of each index. The two conclusions are basically consistent, fully verify the weight of this index is very scientific and reasonable. In this paper, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is chosen as the basic evaluation method, the grade division and the comprehensive index score were used to evaluate the stability, so, the comprehensive index score of the evaluation is:I level stability 100 points; second class is more stable 100-80 points; grade Ⅲ basic stability 80-60 points; IV level is not stable 60 points, thus a set of effective evaluation system is formed. The Matlab software was used to calculate the weight of the chromatography analysis method, and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to deal with the computer programming. Use Matlab software for computer programming on calculating weight by chromatography analysis and deciding level problem by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Finally a set of effective evaluation system is formed. Its evaluation method and computer program have a certain reference value for the stability study of all kinds of domestic landfill in our country.Based on this comprehensive evaluation model, select a county landfill as the evaluation object, then put it into the evaluation system, and use Matlab software to run the program, then get comprehensive index score of 68.5228 points which belongs to the stability grade III. The author further aimed at the problems existing in the stability evaluation of the landfill site, put forward the corresponding solution measures, evaluate again and get the composite index score of 77.8392 points. Because the landfill site has been sealed, so the total amount of waste, leachate recirculation treatment facilities and other issues before sealing the field can not be effectively improved, so the evaluation results are still in the level of stability, but the composite index has been significantly improved, and the stabilization problem has been solved to a certain degree.
