With the continuous development of China's cement industry,cement production technology and equipment level enhances unceasingly,the modernization of production technology represented by NSP become a mainstream,but it was not adapted to the cement production frequent safety accidents,The situation of cement production safety is still severe.This shows that the cement production safety management has shortcoming.Safety assessment is an important work to implement safety management and ensure safe production.Using AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the safety evaluation index system and evaluation model of the new dry process cement production safety is established,and the safety level is obtained by using the evaluation model,which proves the practicability of the evaluation model and the evaluation method.According to the results of evaluation and weight analysis,combined with enterprise safety production status,the corresponding security countermeasures are put forward.first of all,the main risk factors of the new dry process cement production process are analyzed by means of literature review and field investigation.On the basis of analyzing the scope,advantages and disadvantages of evaluation method,evaluation method,and the selection principle of evaluation method,the AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is chosen finally.Second,based on the system safety engineering theory,the safety factors of the new dry process cement production are analyzed from the perspective of human,machine,environment,management and field operation.Based on this,the safety evaluation index system and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of the new dry process cement production are constructed.among them,the method adopts analytic hierarchy process to determine the index weight,the calculation of the index weight and comprehensive evaluation is to achieve by MATLAB,and through MATLAB can improve the operability,accuracy and rapidity of the evaluation.Finally,using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of the NSP cement production to evaluate cement safety production of a certain enterprise,the evaluation result shows that the cement production safety level is 2.the enterprise can take to improve employee safety awareness,strengthen maintenance management,increase the safety input,ensure the safety of the work site,and then ensure safe production smoothly.
