With the rapid development of modern industry,Oil drilling tools are also smaller、higher reliability、longer use period.Reducer as an important component of downhole dynamic drilling tool,The performance of drilling tool is directly influenced by its performance.The helical gear reducer has a small radial size、smooth transmission、large transmission ratio range、Good lubrication performance and so on, Great research and development value for underground transmission.In this paper, the theoretical research and conceptual design of helical gear reducer and the simulation of mechanical analysis are carried out.First,this paper expounds the innovation and evolution process of the transmission mechanism of the spiral movable teeth,Structure characteristics of ball screw pair, sine oscillating tooth gear reducer and oil filling sealing device.Carries on an overall structural layout to the spiral movable tooth transmission device,According to the transmission characteristics of the helical gear tooth, the relationship between the transmission ratio and the helix angle is summarized.According to the spiral angle of the input shaft and the output shaft, the reduction principle and the structure form of the reducer are formed,The degree of freedom of this kind of gear reducer is calculated and the function formula of transmission ratio is derived.Accord to the relationship between the form of the open slot and the helix angle on the output shaft guide,Through the analysis and calculation of the tooth profile of the movable tooth of the main member of the member, the relationship between the number of the active tooth and the number of the opening groove is calculated,To study the number of bearing steel balls in the transmission process and the distribution of the teeth in the maximum load condition;Analysis of the bearing force of the ball teeth and the damage of the two pairs of bearings in the transmission structure is analyzed,On the basis of the analysis of force, the life span of the easily damaged bearing is calculated, and the important part of the movable tooth gear reducer under the condition of oil filling and sealing is longer,Provide theoretical basis for the design of long life gear transmission mechanism.Secondly, Based on the characteristics of the φ 180 regulated turbine drill, the working characteristic curve of the regulated turbine is studied in the paper,In the actual conditions of the project, the basic structure of the deceleration and the scope of the performance parameters are defined,Under the condition of satisfying these parameters, the optimization algorithm is established by using MATLAB to minimize the size of the inner diameter of the reducer,reasonable structural parameters are obtained;On the basis of this, the overall structure design of the gear reducer assembly is carried out. Combined with structural optimization structure parameters derived from the theoretical calculation of these structures were further verified to determine the deceleration is the key parts of the structure size based on the mapping of input shaft, output shaft of the three-dimensional map and on the pressure balance oil filled sealed structure size was calculated and plotted in a 3D figure;Using SolidWorks for virtual assembly, the concept of the design of the assembly and the assembly of the virtual assembly program code.Using ANSYS static analysis on the important parts, and draws a conclusion that the individual parts of the stress, and the deceleration device assembly stress analysis of the input shaft, output shaft, movable teeth, a shell of these important parts in working conditions between contact stress.The results show that the design of the reducer’s concept is reasonable, and the design of the structure parameters is reasonable when the contact stress is less than the allowable stress of the material.Finally, deceleration device assembly 3D model by SolidWorks has been built, using the workbench of reducer for modal analysis, retarder are the first to sixth order low order natural frequency and corresponding vibration mode.When the axis of the reducer is parallel to the horizontal plane and the reducer shell is symmetrical 120 degree constraint, the speed reducer is mainly in the direction of Z axis vibration and bending moment in the direction of Y axis,When the axis of the reducer is parallel to the horizontal plane and the shell is fully restrained, the vibration of the input shaft and the output shaft is mainly in the direction of the Z axis and the bending vibration of the Y axis.But deceleration device axis and a horizontal vertical and the shell of constraints, reducer also exist along the Z axis direction of vibration and along the Y direction of bending vibration, but in parallel with the axial line and the horizontal plane is compared, along the Y axis direction of bending vibration significantly reduced a lot.The results show that the reducer in the axial line perpendicular to the horizontal plane under the conditions of the first order natural frequency is minimum and bending vibration is reduced, for the reduction of downhole drilling tool can achieve better results.
