Andthe processing performance has their machine is closely related to the dynamicperformance, the fact proved, along with the continuous improvement of the machinetool performance, dynamic performance requirements for machine tools is higher andhigher also.1. Finite element method described the basic ideas and principles, outlines thedevelopment of finite element method and application process,and finally summedup the static analysis and modal analysis of the basic theory.2. Analysis four conditions of the effect of cutting force column, define the moredangerous processing environment of the column,as a basis forpost-optimization.3.
