Triallyl isocyanurate(Triallyl isocyanurate abbreviated as TAIC) Named 1,3,5-allyl- triazine-2,4,6-trione, was developed in the 1980 s and it is a high molecular weight multifunctional monomer containing aromatic heterocyclic ring. Triallyl isocyanurate structural stability, excellent performance, colorless, transparent, widely used, is an important fine chemical products. As a modifier, crosslinking and co-curing agent is added to a variety of plastic and rubber. However, its production process will produce large amounts of toxic and hazardous organic solid waste; these residues are typically organic hazardous waste. With the development of economic and organic fine industry, the demands and production of Triallyl isocyanurate are increasing sharply, while the amount of waste generated is also more and more and these waste is a serious threat to the security of our environment and people’s health, caused a lot of social problems. Recently studies have attracted more attention, on safe disposal of solid waste, separation and resource recycling due to increasing emphasis on environmental work placed by government and Improvement of environmental regulations. In this study, composition of waste solid in Synthesizing of Triallyl isocyanurate is analyzed, it is found that there is a lot of inorganic waste, mainly sodium chloride based. So following the principle of harmless, minimization, resource-oriented, exploring the development of waste solid in Synthesizing of Trially l isocyanurate disposal program to achieve the separation of organics and inorganic waste.Discussing common separation and purification methods in industry through experiments Extraction, vacuum distillation, calcination and solution crystallization. From separation and economic costs of these four methods for waste separation and treatment effect were analyzed.Experimental results show that the extraction is evaporated under reduced pressure is not a good separation.baking and solution crystallization method can achieve good separation, but because of the high economic cost of roasting method, so this study solution crystallization method is to dispose of the waste.Sodium chloride from waste solid in synthesizing of TAIC was purified by the processofdistilledwater leaching with stirring—separation by suction filtration—evaporation under reduced pressure—concentration crystallization. The infrared characterization of waste was analyzed by FTIR. The influences of the main factors including Liquid-solid ratio, leaching temperature and stirring time and their cross effects were studied through sin gular factor and orthogonal experiments. The research results show that the optimized process conditions are as follows: the liquid-solid ratio of 15:1 ml/g, the leaching temperature of 30 ℃ and the stirring time of 30 min the p H of 3, evaporation under reduced pressure provided the temperature is 90℃ the final yield of sodium chloride could reach up to 81.53%.After purification, the purity of sodium chloride is 98.50%, which can meet the Refining industry standard salt level of GB/T 5462-2003, tested respectively, according to the national standard and ion chromatography. This process is simple and without secondary pollution, and it provides a new technological route for comprehensive utilization of the residue.
