After China’s accession to WTO, the foreign trade of agricultural products has got a fast development, this promoting China’s agricultural economic growth. The rapid development of economy brings the problem of environmental pollution. With the accelerating process of globalization, more and more green-trade barriers of developed countries restrict the development of foreign trade in developing countries. China, the largest developing country and also one of the largest exporters of agricultural products, must pay a painful price. In 2014, China carried out a new round of economic construction and reform, economic globalization and regional economic integration has been further developed, Environmental problems have become one of the most important issues in China’s economic development, environmental issues became hot social issues. Agricultural non-point source pollution as the focus of agricultural pollution, to a considerable extent, influence China’s agricultural exports. Because the expanding of the scale of agricultural products export, leading to the agricultural non-point source pollution continues to deteriorate, the use of pesticides, chemical fertilizers and other agricultural chemicals continuously increasing, the vicious cycle causes agricultural non-point source pollution becoming more and more serious. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the relationship between agricultural products export and agricultural non-point source pollution. This paper studies the impact of agricultural products export on agricultural non-point source pollution, analyzes the research results of the theory and empirical research on the impact of trade on the environment, forming a full text analysis framework. First of all, it combines with China’s agricultural products export and agricultural non-point source pollution situation, using data to do empirical analysis. On one hand, the impact of agricultural product export on agricultural non-point source pollution was analyzed to understand the dynamic process of agricultural non-point source pollution affected by agricultural product export, the analysis results show that the agricultural product export will worsen the agricultural non-point source pollution, which may fluctuate in the short term, but it is stable in the long term. On the other hand, the paper analyzes the regional impact of agricultural products export on agricultural non-point source pollution by the panel data of the whole country, and the other effects are negative effects, and the rest effects are negative, and the rest effects increase with the increase of agricultural products export scale, and the improvement of high export trade area is obvious. Through the analysis, the influence of agricultural products export on agricultural non-point source pollution is negative except the income effect and control effect. With the expansion of agricultural products export scale, low agricultural production regions are using less nitrogen fertilizer than high agricultural production regions, high export regions less than the low export trade regions significantly. From this point of view, exports are conducive to reducing agricultural non-point source pollution. Then it analyzes the root cause and the behavior of farmers’ environmental awareness by theories, and through the investigation analyzes farmers’ environmental awareness behavior, it finds that because of the market failure and government failure lead to the production of farmers "irrational" behavior, resulting in deterioration of agricultural non-point source pollution. Therefore, through the investigation of the environmental awareness of farmers’,to understand the farmers’ willingness to pay. At last, according to the empirical analysis and research analysis, draws the conclusion and the suggestions are put forward to promote sustainable development of the export of agricultural products and agricultural environment.
