In recent years, A large area of wolfberry anthracnose appeared in wolfberry cultivation and production in Xingren town from Ningxia Autonomous Region. With the increase of planting years, and coupled with the abnormal changes in climate, the diseases and insect pests of wolfberry has become increasingly serious. At present, the chemical prevention and control is still the most common methods for prevention. Compound chlorothalonil, armor frost spirit manganese zinc, mancozeb is the most commonly used bacteriostatic agents. As long-term using of these wolfberry anthracnose bacteriostatic agents, pathogens bacteria developed resistance and the control effect is significantly reduced. Therefore, the development of a new type of antibacterial agent has potential application value.In this paper, development of new and efficient antibacterial agents for the purpose, it is desirable to choose the carboxylic derivative ligand which has the bacteriostatic activity as ligand, and coordinate with transition metal and rare earth metals which also has the bacteriostatic activity. Preparation of new heteronuclear metal complexes will provide technical support for the prevention and control of wolfberry anthracnose pathogenic bacteria.Under hydrothermal conditions,4,4’-dicarboxy diphenyl sulfone (H2sba) as the ligand, and react with transition metal salt CuCl2·2H2O and 12 kinds of rare earth metals (La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm) corresponding nitrate to give a series of heteronuclear metal coordination polymers with antibacterial effect. By X-single crystal diffraction, X-single powder diffraction, infrared spectroscopic analysis, elemental analysis and thermal gravimetric analysis to characterize their structural properties.The bacteriostatic activity of 12 kinds of complexes were determined by bacteriostatic circle method. And the results show that the bacteriostatic effect of series of light rare earth complexes better than using of series of heavy rare earth complexes. At the same time, this paper further explores the impact of transition metals and rare earth metal to the bacteriostatic effect of complexes, and the impact of different concentrations to the bacteriostatic effect of complexes.Pick out the complex of [PrCu(sba)2(Hsba)(H2O)3]·H2O that antimicrobial effect is relatively good, Screening out suitable wetting and dispersing agents for the effective components through the "flow point" method, then determining the dosage and proportion of additives which matched with the effective component through the "orthogonal test". Finally, building the basic formula which is good antibacterial effect to wolfberry anthracnose pathogenic bacteria. The basic formula including the original drug:20%, Wetting and dispersing agents:NNO 1.0%; D4252.0%; pesticide emulsifier 700# 2.0%:pesticide emulsifier 1600# 2.0%, thickener, anti-settling agent:carboxymethylcellulose 0.3%, defoaming agent:polydimethylsiloxane 0.5%, pH adjusting agent:ethylene glycol 5.0%, antifreezing agent:sodium benzoate 0.15%, water make up to 100%.
