Today, the problems of resource and environmental have gradually transformed into the focus of attention. Water environment pollution, as one of the global environmental problems, has achieved a growing attention. As a well, ecological civilization construction has become the important content of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics. So, based on Erhai special sub-project of national special program, "social and economic structure adjustment control pollution abatement program Erhai basin level to develop ecological civilization system (2013zx07105-005-04)", this paper takes Erhai Lake as the research object, through field research, and analyses of agricultural non-point source pollution as the main sources of pollution, accounting for total watershed pollution load of more than 60%, whereby the use of GIS and maps, with statistics method of combining the entire Erhai Lake Basin agricultural nonpoint source pollution sources, the contribution of quantitative research, to identify the main sources of pollution and contaminants. With Grey relevance theory analysis Erhai Lake Basin agricultural nonpoint source pollution and water environmental quality correlated to explore the key areas of the agricultural sector specific sources of pollution and contamination; and specific sources of pollution and control measures proposed critical areas for agricultural development in the basin for this. The main conclusions of the paper include the following three aspects:Firstly, characteristics of Agricultural Development of Erhai Lake Basin have gradually improved, formed in farming and animal husbandry and aquaculture industry based agricultural structure and tend to rationalize change the current mode of production is not reasonable, agricultural operations in the form of production need improvement.Secondly, the main sources of pollution in Erhai Basin contain chemical fertilizers and livestock manure pollution types of livestock farming, each of which is lost to environmental pollutants CODcr, pollution load in TN and TP, TN than the highest, is TP and COD; combined with spatial distribution, standard emissions from a regional perspective, Sanying town is the highest, Yousuo is the second level and the development zone is the lower area.Thirdly, Grey Theory correlation Erhai Lake Basin agricultural nonpoint source pollution and water environmental quality, the results showed that:agricultural nonpoint source pollution has become an important factor affecting the water environment, particularly related degree integrated livestock and Erhai Lake water environment is relatively high, it should pay attention; the larger sub-indexes of pigs, cattle, rice and garlic and relevance Erhai Lake water environment, its associated degree 0.740,0.736,0.700 and 0.691, respectively. Further analysis of agricultural nonpoint source pollution Erhai Lake Basin Water Environment and space sector contribution rate concluded that the contribution of cattle, pigs and rice rate is high, the current focus on pollution control should focus on cattle, pigs, rice, the three main sectors, followed by as garlic, corn and vegetables. From the regional perspective, the Erhai Northern Block should be the focus of prevention and control, in particular, three Town should be a top priority.Fourthly, optimized countermeasures of agricultural development strategy of Erhai Lake Basin are proposed. Based on results, suggestions are proposed from improvement of institution and awareness of the residents through adjustment and optimization of agricultural sector structure, spatial structure, technological structure and agricultural development model, which can not only promote economic development, but also is suitable for controlling water pollution.
