Water pollution caused by agricultural non-point source was a universal environmental problem in Jiangsu province.With the development of economy the quality of water was getting worse and worse,moreover the agricultural non-point source pollution was getting more and more important in water pollution source,which directly restricted the sustainable development of society and economy.The level of economic development was unbalanced in different rigions in Jiangsu province,and the feather of agricultural non-point source pollution was diverse in different regions,so,the knowledge of the condition and feather of the agricultural non-point source pollution was very important both in theory and realism to control agricultural non-point source pollution,improve the ecological environment and realizing the harmonized development of economy and environment.This paper studied the agricultural non-point source pollution which included the animals' feces pollution, domestic living pollution, chemical fertilizer pollution and fish breeding pond pollution.A integrated investigation and the evaluation by equal standard pollution loading method was conducted in thirteen cities of Jiangsu province.The results indicated that:1. The percent of the Iosed amount of COD,TN and TP was separately 66.47%,30.29% and 3.24%; The equivalent standard pollution loading rate of COD,TN and TP was separately 6.67%,60.78% and 32.55%,which indicated that the water was polluted seriously by nitrogen.2. The percent of the Iosed amount of the animals' feces pollution, domestic living pollution , chemical fertilizer pollution and fish breeding pond pollution was separately 29.49 % , 50.86 % , 16.68 % and 2.98%; The equivalent standard pollution loading rate was separately 27.94% , 28.03% , 38.91 %and 5.12%,which indicated that the chemical fertilizer pollution was the greastest agricultural non-point source pollution and chemical fertilizer pollution, domestic living pollution, animals' feces pollution were the key factors contraining the sustainable development of the agriculture and environment in Jiangsu province.3. The equivalent standard pollution loadings were compared among different rigions, the results indicated that the water pollution threaten caused by agricultural non-point source pollution was more serious in the south of Jiangsu province and in Nantong than in the other rigions;The equivalentStandard pollution loading rates of different agricultural non-point source pollution in different regions were analysised by clustering analysis method,and the results indicated that Nanjing, Wuxi, Zhenjiang and Changzhou were polluted mainly by domestic living pollution;Xuzhou, Suqian, Taizhou, Yancheng, Lianyungang, Huaian and Nantong were polluted mainly by chemical fertilizer pollution; Suzhou and Yangzhou were polluted corresponsively by animals' feces pollution , domestic living pollution, chemical fertilizer pollution and fish breeding pond pollution. Based on the understanding of the cause of agricultural non-point sourcepollution in Jiangsu provinve,some countermeasures were suggested according todifferent pollution source.
