For the purpose of improving the problems of coal winning machine loading in the thin seam,The research program develope a compound method of combing cutter chain and shearer drum,which will be used in winning machine.This winning machines transmit power in the way of combination inner side arm and cutter chain,which aims at improving the effeciency of coal loading based on no change in the geometric contour of the shearer drum.In this research,we research on cutter chain and use the methods of theoretical analysis、experimental research and finite element simulation to make deep research on the mechanical properties of the cutter chain cutting coal and rock.According to the analysis method based on the theoretical mechanics,we can acquire the maximum force point when cutting coal and rock through caculating the tension of cutter chain,and we also can establish the mechanical model of different position of the cutter chain through analysing the chain under different working conditions.According to Castigliano theorem,we find out the dangerous section of the chain plate lug and make strength check on relevant parts.Using ABAQUS finite element simulation software and rotary cutting experiment rig which could adjust the parameters of multi picks respectively,we do single coal and rock cutting experiment on pick cutting coal and make research on the relationship between the three direction load of pick and the angle θ of inclination and the relationship between the three direction load of pick and tangential setting angle β when axial angle of inclinationθ≠0°.Comparing and analysing the two results we get above,they will provide references for the installation of pick on cutting chain and establish the foundation for the following research of the force distribution on cutter chain.According to the theory of finite element,using ABAQUS simulation software to establish the simulation model of cutter chain cutting coal and rock process,we could acquire the regular of stress ditribution of cutter chain influenced by axial angle θ of inclination.The simulation results show that the maximum field stress of chain link increases along with the increase of axial angle θ of inclination,and when the axial angle of inclinatione θ≥15°,the maximum field stress of chain link will increase linearly,the location of which are all located in the upper-left on toothholder.With the increase of axial angle θ of inclination,the change of the maximum field stress of weldong spot on chain link is little,and the location of which changes randomly. With the increase of axial angle θ of inclination,the maximumtesile stress of welding spot increases,and the location of maximum stress mainly concentrated in the right of the welding between toothholder and the chain plate.The results of this research provide the reference basis for the design of efficient coal loading machine,and also establish the foundation for achieving the design of personalized shearer drum and the force analyse of all machine.
