Research On Leakage Law And Control Technology Of Air Leakage Of Shallow Depth And Close Distance Coal Seam Group In Coal Mine

Goaf air leaking is one of the key factors that leading to spontaneous combustion causes of the coal left in goaf, Shendong mining area has the character of shallow depth and close distance coal seam group of, and the ground fissure was better development. Because of the short distance between coal seams, the goaf connected with the overlying goaf and the ground after the coal seam was mined. With the change of surface pressure, the breathing phenomenon of goaf was very patency, the amount of goaf air leaking and the possibility of the spontaneous combustion of the coal left in goaf was increased, and also having partly effect about the safety work of coal mining face.This paper researched the development law of the ground fissure when shallow depth and close distance coal seam group was mined, and to carry out the survey work of goaf air leaking on different mining depth、different distance of coal seam group、 different ventilation mode and near goaf circumstances with the detection of tracer gas SF6 in Shendong mining area. At last, to sum up the law of goaf air leaking.According to the law of fissures development and leakage law in Shendong mining area,and applying FLUENT 14.0 to simulate the the leakage flow velocity of goaf distribution law, adopting corresponding control technology of air leakage. The control technology of air leakage was applied to Bulianta Coal Mine and Shigetai Coal Mine, and achieving the desired effect, having reliable guidance on Control System of Shendong Leakage in the future, and also will be widely used in the coal mine.
