Wulunshan coal mine is a mine with coal and gas outburst, has happened the coal and gas outburst accident, and in its main workable seam, gas content is higher. The 8# coal in 1803 working face is the first-mined seam of Wulunshan coal mine. In Wulunshan coal mine, the average distance for each seam is 20m, layer spacing is small, and it belongs to close distance coal seam group mining. After mined 8# coal mining seam, it would result in pressure relief to its upper and lower adjacent layer, and may cause a large number of gas emission. In mining process of 1801 working face, often happened the problem of gas exceeding in the corner and return air lane wind roadway, seriously hindered the mine safety and efficient production.This article based on the research of the destruction rule of overlying rock mass movement at home and abroad to the coal mining goaf, make rock mechanics, coal mining, underground pressure and strata control as a guide, established the terraces of mined-out area fractal geometry, the mined-out area was divided into several parts and according to the empirical formula to calculate the mined-out area partition coefficient of each part of the broken up. On the basis of studying the domestic and foreign gas migration rule, according to percolation mechanics, mine gas prevention and control theory and technology, with the guidance of professional disciplines such as identified in gob model of porous media for the model and combining site of Wulunshan 8 coal parameter determination test, the 1803 working face gas emission forecast, through the numerical simulation software simulation analysis in high drainage and drainage conditions of goaf gas migration rule, to determine the high alley pumping for Wulunshan coal mine 1803 working face gas extraction effect, makes the working face without gas accident in the process of mining, ensures the safety production of mine.
