Accelerating the pace of China’s urban development and urban population continues to surge, which not only reflects the development of the country, with the acceleration of urbanization in our country at the same time, also brought many environmental problems, including sewage treatment problem is particularly prominent..City sewage sources, its water quality obviously has the characteristics of the periodical and seasonal cycles, day and night and low organic matter concentration, emissions, if all sewage secondary processing, investment is great. Because of aerobic granular sludge cultivation time is short, the advantages of compact structure, less quantity of sludge, and can simplify the process, reduce the area such as sludge treatment system. So aerobic granular sludge wastewater treatment technology has become a hot research topic in the field of biological treatment, it overcomes the deficiencies of the traditional activated sludge technology, combined with a large population in our country, to speed up the urbanization construction, city life sewage treatment research under the condition of serious economic and effective treatment measures, is one of the major issues of environmental protection. And deal with real life sewage aerobic granular sludge in order to solve this subject provides may, therefore, the main content of this topic to design a new type of aerobic granular sludge reactor, allow them to quickly develop, aerobic granular sludge and stability handle the actual sewage stable operation, and find out the influence factors of its stability and conditions.First of all, In ordinary SBR process, through the water distribution and by increasing proportion of two actual sewage operations step by step strategy implementation of aerobic granular sludge, and compared to two kinds of operation strategy formation of granular sludge was similar physical properties and the processing effect, the second operation plan by adding the nutrients induction aerobic granular sludge formation, and increase the amount of actual sewage, step by step until all real life sewage, the process save to use water to create time to adapt to the actual sewage aerobic granular sludge. After according to the secondary flow of granular sludge, and the influence of shear force is advantageous to the fleas granular sludge forming the designed new type of reactor, the principle of its internal unique spiral rising pipe structure, not only increased the shear force, increased the granular sludge operation way, and also can make the granular sludge without stirring along the inner wall spiral energy saving. Then in the new design of aerobic granular sludge reactor using step by step way to increase the proportion of real life I am to start new reactor start-up process successful fast cultivated aerobic granular sludge, treatment effect is stable.Second, the new type of aerobic granular sludge reactor in the steady state aerobic granular sludge system, actual sewage processing campus, temperature(22±)℃. By rotor air flow meter control of air in the reactor is 0.1 m3/h,0.15 m3/h and 0.2 m3/h under the condition of three kinds of treatment effect of granular sludge system comparison, the results showed that under the condition of three kinds of air average removal rate of ammonia nitrogen in 51.94 %, 60.96 %,71.58 %, the average removal rate of COD is in turn 71.5 8%,67.24 %,77.42 %, so in 0.2 m3/h best treatment effect, after the ammonia treatment, the effluent concentration of COD have reached the national emission standards for municipal sewage level. And continue to improve the air is easy to appear the phenomenon of sludge bulking..Finally, new types of aerobic granular sludge reactor in the steady state aerobic granular sludge system, actual sewage processing campus, in under the condition of air is 0.2 m3/h according to the weather condition of new type of aerobic granular sludge reactor operation stability control,, at room temperature (23~28) ℃ for use at room temperature and room temperature for (12~17) ℃ can realize the stability of the sewage in the three stages in particle without disassembly and relative fleas granular sludge under the condition of low temperature treatment effect is not ideal, to extend the time of 1 h of aeration, effluent COD and ammonia nitrogen removal rate over 80 %.Based on the research of the new type of aerobic granular sludge reactor, not only has realized the aerobic granular sludge, and due to the increasing reactor peculiar internal tube helical structure in the case of without stirring increases the shear force in the reactor, the granular sludge in the treatment of low concentration domestic sewage real save power and system stability of particle is not easy to collapse, and by regulating operation can be performed at room temperature, for the future of aerobic granular sludge in the treatment of actual sewage provides theoretical and experimental basis. Stable operation of ammonia nitrogen, COD effluent concentrations have reached the national standard municipal sewage.
