Cold pad-batch dyeing technology is widely used in fabric finishing process, because it is a kind of technology with low energy consumption, high efficiency, shorter process. Dye padder is the main equipment of leaching rolling liquid process, which main function is to make the entire fabric with uniform dye in the padding process. Fabric mangle evenness is one of the important technical indicators of evaluation of dyeing and finishing equipment, uneven fabric mangle will directly result in the zonal of pad dyeing fabric to color difference. The main factors influencing the fabric mangle evenness is roll deflection from the point of view of mechanical design. Therefore, the research of fabric mangle evenness in the cold pad-batch dyeing process has important engineering application value, in order to meet the requirements of modern production of high quality fabric dyeing.Knitted fabric cold pad-batch dyeing process are introduced, the structure and principle of the even pad roller are discussed, the theoretical formula of the force between rollers and mangle evenness is analyzed, the relevant pick-up test of pure cotton woven fabric is done to acquire the law curve between load of even pad roller and pick-up.Hydraulic oil pressure cavity of even pad roller is analyzed by using CFD software Fluent, distribution curve internal oil pressure of even pad roller is completed under different load conditions. Using finite element software ANSYS/ LS-DYNA to analyze even pad roller, the roll pressure curve of coated rubber of even pad roller with different hardness is acquired, which advantages and disadvantages are analyzed. The force distribution between rolls is influenced by the oil pump pressure and cylinder pressure which is analyzed respectively, the fabric with liquid homogeneous state under different the oil pump pressure and cylinder pressure is acquired, using MATLAB fitting out function equation between oil pump pressure and cylinder pressure in fabric with uniform liquid condition.The research of pick-up is influenced by oil pump pressure and cylinder pressure, through the strip fabric pick-up determination test, study pressure, oil pressure influence on fabric rolling residual rate respectively, the curve of homogeneous roll external load and force between rolls, the curve of homogeneous roll external load and pick-up are obtained in the way of comparing with the finite element simulation result data, which provide theoretical reference in order to further control the fabric mangle evenness.
