Padder is a general unit in textile dyeing and finishing.For the roll is easy to produce flexural deformation after loading,it is difficult for ordinary evenness padder to meet the requirement of uniformity of rolling fluid.Compared with the ordinary padder,the evenness padder can pass a certain amount of hydraulic oil between the roller body and the roller,in order to compensate the flexural deformation of the roll,improve the distribution of the line pressure between the rollers and the uniformity of the amplitude and rolling fluid of the textile.It can not only meet the requirement of uniformity of rolling fluid in the width direction of textiles,but also adjust the adaptability according to the process requirements before and after,so as to obtain higher dropping quality.Therefore,the oil pressure of evenness padder is stable and adjustable,which is of great significance to improve the processing effect of the process.The research content of this paper is the micro-hydraulic system of evenness padder,which mainly includes the following aspects:(1)Analyze the working principle of the original pressure system of evenness padder,and probe into its existing problems and its influence.Combined with modern digital hydraulic technology,a micro-hydraulic system scheme is proposed to meet the requirements of use.(2)Construct the dynamic simulation model of the micro-hydraulic system of evenness padder based on AMESim software.The structure parameters of high speed switch valve are determined by simulation,and the influence of control parameters on its performance is analyzed.Verify the rationality of the micro-hydraulic system scheme and test it experimentally.(3)Design a fuzzy PID control algorithm for the micro-hydraulic system of evenness padder.The model and control model of mechanical hydraulic system are constructed by using AMESim and MATLAB/Simulink two software respectively,and the control effect of fuzzy PID is verified by joint simulation and experiment.(4)Build a soft and hardware experimental platform for the micro-hydraulic control system of evenness padder,and filter the measured signal of oil pressure.The design experiment verifies the stability and trace adjustable of pressure control in the micro-hydraulic control system of evenness padder,and compares and analyzes it with the original pressure system.
