According to the mining area full thickness of tectonic coal, soft coal, low permeability, high gas content, gas pressure etc. Especially in deep without protective layer mining of low permeability outburst danger of coal seam mining, tunneling speed slow tension and other issues. This paper uses the method of theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and in-situ test means of combining. Analysis the pressure unloading hydraulic punching antireflection theory. Hydraulic flushing technology parameters and process for the mining area to determine the typical outburst coal seam. The use of effective influence radius of hydraulic flushing gas pressure and gas flow were investigated, the change range of 7.0m ~ 10.0m. Through the comparison of before and after hydraulic flushing gas emission and gas flow rate, gas flow attenuation coefficient and permeability of coal seam gas basic parameters, analyzed the pressure unloading hydraulic punching antireflective effect. And the establishment of hydraulic flushing for the mine pressure relief and permeability evaluation index system.Introduces the principle of hydraulic punching process. Through the numerical simulation software Rocscience Phase2, simulation of different borehole spacing, hydraulic hole drilling in the distribution of the stress field and the pressure relief range. The effectiveness of eliminating outburst effect of hydraulic flushing were investigated. The test of hydraulic flushing measures after the implementation of the mine, the gas drainage effect is greatly improved, effectively eliminate the outburst danger of the experimental work, the rapid and safe mining working face. And the prediction effect during excavation inspection exceed the standard rate is low, greatly improve the working environment, without any gas dynamic phenomenon, fully demonstrated its reliability and validity of the outburst elimination effect.
