At present roof fall accident exist in our country’s coal mine roadway which adopts rock bolt support, the most important influence factor of which is anchorage quality.The article use the way that put theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and experimental study together, which study theoretical basis of on-destructive detection technology of anchorage quality of anchored body, quality evaluation index,waveform recognition, instrument exploitation. Presenting that using propagation characteristics of stress wave of anchored body to evaluate anchorage quality of anchored body and summarizing the way that it’s possible to predict stability of anchored body on basis of waveguide characteristics information. Here are some research achievement as follow:1.Based on stress wave propagation theory of anchorage system, translating existed wave propagation formula of rectangular coordinate system into cylindrical coordinate system’s formula, which symplify the process of solving and counting and acquire the way which can solve parametres that reflect material characteristics; 2.Simulating propagation process of stress wave in the anchored body by means of eatablishing numerical models, which show the way that we can calculate length of the anchorage and compactness of anchored agent that reflect anchorage quality according to waveguide characteristic of anchored body; 3.Testing propagation law of stress wave in the real anchored body by using non-destructive detector developed by ourselves and acquiring accurately the length of the anchorage and compactness of anchored agent.4.Through imposing on word load to anchored body models in the laboratory at last,testing stress wave propagation characteristic when anchored body bear word load and simulating different collapse state of anchored body by imposing on different work hard to anchored body, acquiring stress wave propagation law when anchored body is in different collapse state; 5.Realizing the aim that it’s possible to predict stability of unknown anchored body according to stress wave propagation law, summarizing waveguide characteristic information index of unstability anchored body.
