Based on the deformation and destruction status of belt transport roadway in Shengxin Coal Mine, and amount of field observation and investigation, testing the loose circle range of belt conveyor roadway by the ultrasonic instrument, analyzed the failure reason of the roadway supporting. Through the observation and analysis of roadway deformation and failure characteristics, and the influence factors of surrounding rock deformation, studied the mechanical mechanism of fractured coal and rock in deformed roadway, and put forward the technical proposals of reinforcing walls and floors with the hierarchical coupling grouting. Developed the new grouting material composed of double liquid for fractured coal and rock mass and the high-performance grouting materials with single liquid, put them into the engineering practice in the adhesive tape transportation roadway.The results show that the new grouting material composed of double liquid for fractured coal and rock mass, solved well the technical problems of slurry and slurry leakage to inorganic grouting material,and the high-performance grouting materials with single liquid solved the problem of bonding broken coal and rock mass, while the traditional inorganic grouting materials cannot done. From the comparative analysis for roadway deformation observed of grouted and non-grouted sections, the non-grouted roadway’s convergence is greater than 2000 mm, and the grouted section is lower to 200 mm. Borehole peep shows,high-performance grouting material reconstructed well the loose coal as a whole,improved the bearing capacity of surrounding rock; And it controlled effectively the grouted section of roadway testing, solved the problem of roadway maintenance, and achieved good technical and economic benefits.
