Heavy oilfield has a great resources potential,and it account for a large proportion of oil and gas resources throughout the world.One of the major topics of oil industry is that fully exploiting heavy oil and high-solidifying point oil with various kinds of thermal recovery technologies.Heavy oil which contents a large amount of resin and asphaltene has high viscosity,but the viscosity of heavy oil is sensitive to temperature, and it will decline by half with a 10 degrees rise.Heavy oil electric heating technique is applicable to the oilfield whose exploition effect is not good enough under steam stimulation.it has been one of the prioritized heavy oil thermal recovery technologies.With sufficient investigation of wellbore and formation thermal conduct all over domestic and oversea,numerical and software simulation was used in this paper to analysis the wellbore and formation thermal conduction during electric heating process.Wellbore thermal conduction has the greatest thermal loss during thermal recovery.Wellbore and formation thermal conduction is the main object of study,based on basic theories and knowledge of heat transfer,using iterative algorithm,the calculation model of overall heat-transfer coefficient and heat loss rate in different depth is established.Using discretization for the wellbore and considering electric heating power and friction heating power,the temperature of the fluid in the wellbore can be precicted.A wellbore thermal conduction calculation software is written by Visual Basic to analysis the heavy oil well with certain formation condition and pipe string structure,and the result will offer some references to electric heating research.The two dimensional heat transfer models of formation electric heating technique and wellbore electric heating technique during heavy oil recovery are established for analization,the model is analyzed by the software of FLUENT to study the effect of daily fluid production rate,water content,temperature rise of the oil and electric heating power.The heating effect of electric soaking is studied by transient analysis.The research result can provide a theoretical basis for the research of electric heating effect,and offer the guide for efficient development of heavy oil and high-solidifying point oil.
