| As an acid gas, hydrogen chloride(HCl) in the case of water vapor in the atmosphere to form acid mist, is highly corrosive, pose a great risk to humans and the ecological environment. With the development of municipal solid waste incineration power generation industry, the HCL pollution combustion exhaust gas emissions gradually pay attention to it. This paper focuses on municipal solid waste incineration HCL emission reduction key technology and application, to obtain research results as follows:Based on the analysis of HCl abatement technology in the international municipal solid waste incineration and the specific circumstances of Zhenjiang waste-to-energy power plant semi-dry + dry combination way to reduce of HCl emission was proposed and applied in this project. The technology is relatively mature semi-dry + dry removal of HCl process rational combination of waste incineration flue gas purification system to remove HCl link continuous and stable operation, control HCl emission values within the EU 2000 emission standards 10 mg/Nm3 In the meantime the consumption of lime decrease obviously..Semi-dry + dry combined process of the practical application of at Everbright Zhenjiang project, the project is running System the HCl emission reduction devices running various process parameters, examines the effect of different operating parameters on the combination of deacidification influencing factorshas been optimized parameters of the project, to control the atomizer speed of 8400~8500 r/min, lime slurry concentration of 10%.By optimizing the process and operating parameters of the emission reduction, HCL 60% reduction in emissions about 32.48 tons annually, annual savings of lime supplies costs about 940,000 yuan.
