The slurry bubble column reactor shows strong application in the coal liquefaction field,because of its excellent heat diffusion capacity,the isothermal operation capacity,simple installation, its production come in line with the increasingly environmental requirements 。 But before the slurry bubble column reactor achieve industrialization and industrial scale use,there are many problems to be solved。The main problem is that the awareness of the internal gas –liquid-solid three-phase slurry bed mixed flow law is not enough 。 So the amplification of slurry bed reactor is difficult 。 Compared with the traditional fixed bed reactor by increasing the column tube to amplify design,the slurry bubble column reactor need to increase the reactor diameter。The main problems in the amplification of the slurry bubble column reactor is as follows: the design of gas distributor is easily blocked,the uneven distribution of the catalyst caused by the uneven temperature field increased by uneven heat flow。The situation of the pressure change will affect the fluid flow characteristics in the reactor,and then affect the mass transfer and heat transfer process inside the reactor。If the temperature in the reactor is not uniformed,the service life of the catalyst and the speed of the reaction in the reactor will be greatly reduced。This paper focuses on the F-T synthesis,the detail of its development,the wide application prospect and F-T synthesis technology in the coal liquefaction field is described briefly。The major advances of present research,the hot spots and the difficulties about the F-T synthesis is also described briefly 。 Also introduces several common industrial reactor used in the F-T synthesis,make some comparison between them about their different conditions of use,the main properties and advantages and disadvantages。Through the comparison we can have a more clear understanding to the slurry bubble column reactor irreplaceable advantages, we can also know the slurry bubble column reactor is a core device in the coal liquefaction。I also make a brief description of advantages and disadvantages the traditional experimental method and computational fluid dynamics(CFD) in the design application。It’s necessary to use CFD software in the design。I propose the effects of different operating conditions on the heat flow and the main factors affecting the slurry bed reactor operation process is explained。I also explain the setting parameters details of the reactor used in the paper,introduces the whole process of the gas process in the reactor 。At last the affect about different pressure,different inlet velocity and different temperature on the heat flow in the reactor。And then we come to a conclusion about how different operating conditions can affect the heat flow and its distribution in the reactor。We can intuitively get the internal heat distribution and improve the structure optimization design 。Finally we can take advantage of the CFD software in handling the data after the calculation and draw the further conclusion about the affect on the heat flow。Then we can make a detailed description about the reasons inside the reactor。Overall,the optimization and amplification of the slurry bubble column reactor of Fischer Tropsch synthesis used in the industrial can be effected by many factors。The application of CFD technology in the chemical industry can replace the traditional equipment cost long experimental period and high investment and so many other shortcomings and has a strong ability in data processing,the results are more intuitive。We can obtain the accurate fluid dynamics of the slurry bubble column reactor,the product concentration,temperature flied distribution and other information,and get the general law of the impact of various operating parameters on the flow in the reactor,and have great significance on the ability of slurry bubble column reactor for the optimal design and scale-up design parameters。...
