With the continuous development of modern industry, the demand for groundwater is increasing, and all kinds of pollution problems at the same time remind us that the protection of groundwater is no time to delay.Excessive exploitation of groundwater and industrial production in the process of all kinds of pollution problem has seriously affected the groundwater environment, research on the impact on the groundwater environment can make us more clearly understanding about the groundwater environment evolution rules, and also provide a favorable basis for rational exploitation of groundwater and the formulation of pollution prevention programs, so as to protect groundwater resources, which has important significance for the realization of sustainable development.Huatong Cement Co.Ltd.4500t/d clinker mixed with high volume fly ash cement project(with 7.5mw pure low temperature waste heat power generation)project, consisting of two parts of the cement plant and mine,is located in thewestern mountainous areas,Gujiao City,Taiyuan City,Shanxi Province. In the production of cement plant and mining process it will produce a variety of pollution problems of groundwater environment. This paper makes a detailed study for such problem.Firstly, the geological and hydrogeological datas in the study area are collected for Arrangement and system analysis. The hydrogeological parameters in the study area are obtained from making field site and wells investigation combined with the pumping test and seepage test. Then, through the Hydrus-1d vertical one-dimensional flow numerical simulation, the concentration of pollutants in the soil vadose zone profile curve, the depth of change over time, the migration of contaminants in the vadose zone rule is: the depth of the section of each soil pollutants concentration increasing with the passage of time, until the soil saturated adsorption of pollutants, in a state of balance. In the end, the hydrogeological parameters in the studied area partition, establishing hydrogeological conceptual model.Through above works, the numerical simulation of groundwater flow field is carried out to predict the groundwater flow field by Visual MODFLOW;from the analysis of water supply, drainage and sewage treatment in the process of production and mining in the cement plant, the pollution source and pollution factors of groundwater pollution are clearly defined, and the numerical model of solute transport is established to conduct numerical simulation for predicting pollutants under continuous and instantaneous pollution conditions of migration through modular MT3DMSthree-dimensional solute transport model. In this paper, through the simulation results prediction and analysis the direct impact and indirect damage(including groundwater pollution, groundwater flow and groundwater level change)of the project may be caused by the production process, the paper also proposes some countermeasures for these problems to prevent and control environmental degradation and protect the groundwater resources. It provides scientific basis for the decision on construction project site selection and engineering design and environmental management.
