The coal resources with good geological conditions are relatively depleted,and now remining the coal resources under water, roads and buildings has entered people’s field of vision again. At the same time, traditional coal mining can be formed lots of mined out area, so as to make the surface buildings and structures of subsidence, and the surface will have a large number of coal gangue accumulation, which makes a large number of rural arable land and seriously pollutions, stockpiling of coal gangue tailings still exist hidden danger of collapse and landslide.Based on this engineering background and further research of filling mining technology, the researches could not only reduce the surface construction and the environment pollutions from the coal mining, but also promote effectively utilization of the coal mining area change and finally realize the clean and efficient use of coal.With in pneumatic filling as the research background, this paper uses fly ash as transporting material and dry clean compressed air as transport gas, by TYUT positive pressure pumps pneumatic conveying system and comprehensiveapplication of electrical capacitance tomography system. The pneumatic conveying process related transport characteristics were studied. The main research contents and methods include the following aspects:1. This article summarized and analyzed the current domestic and foreign research results of pneumatic conveying theory;2. This article introduced the whole pneumatic conveying system of the components and main equipment;3. By the use of theoretical methods of pneumatic conveying material particles, this article analyzed the the force situation of the pneumatic conveying;4. By the use of theoretical research methods, the article analyzed the parameters closely related to the pneumatic conveying;5. By the use of experimental methods, this article arranged to transport pipeline pressure transmitter of the pneumatic conveying system, and analyzed each node of the pressure changes to study the horizontal bend pipe conveying pressure drop variation.6. By the use of experimental methods of electrical capacitance tomography system and arranged on the conveying pipe in different pneumatic conveying parts, this article studied the transfer process of gas solid two phase flow pattern changes.
