China has rich coal resources but is lack of petroleum,so its energy structure is still dominated by coal for a long period.With the continuous development of coal industry,a large number of goaf and a wide range of subsidence on the surface has been formed,which also lead to the appropriation of land pollution for coal gangue.To solve a series of problems of environment,economy and society caused by coal industry,the use of filling technology for coal mine goaf filling has become an important direction of coal technology development in recent years.By using a certain kinetic energy of the air flow as the filling power,the pneumatic filling can put the fly ash through the pipeline into goaf which can mixed with water condensed to a certain supporting strength of powder of solid bulk materials delivered to the goaf filling.This paper is mainly tested by coal mine goaf filling system laboratory in TYUT with fly ash as the filling material,a preliminary analysis of the relevant rules of the transportation are processed,mainly for the following research:1.This article introduced the conveying force and basic flow in pneumatic,and studied the flow characteristics with the group flow in the experiment as the main object of study;2.This article gave the common parameters of pneumatic conveying,and calculated and analyzed relevant parameters to find the inherent law;3.Based on the analysis of stress particles on the solid phase,this article studied the transport characteristics of the gas-solid two-phase flow;4.By using the single hole and porous holes plates throttling device and through analysis of related factors of pneumatic conveying experiment system like pump pressure,gas flow rate,feed gas ratio and pressure drop,this article concluded the excellent throttling device form experiment system;5.Through pressure transmitter and variation analysis of pressure drop of pipeline system,this article analyzed the pressure drop of the pipleline and comparative studied relationship of the pressure drop in the straight pipe and elbow pipe with pump pressure,gas flow rate and material gas ratio and other related factors.In summary,through the theoretical analysis and experimental analysis,this paper mainly fly ash pneumatic conveying parameters in the process,and concluded basic law of orifice plate throttling device and the pipeline pressure drop that pneumatic conveying process,found the optimal operation parameters of the system to improve transport efficiency and reduce energy waste.
