In the process of the close distance coal seam group underground mining,roadwayvulnerable to the upper coal seam working face of lower coal seam mining and protective coalpillar support pressure, gravity concentration, concentration of stress along a certain Angle tothe floor, destroy the lower coal seam in the original rock stress state, the lower coal seamsurrounding rock stress redistribution, when stress is greater than the strength of surroundingrock, the plastic deformation happens, performance is: the deformation of roadway surroundingrock nearer the amount is larger, mine pressure appear drastically, roadway maintenancedifficulties, roadway roof are prone to collapse. Especially when the lower coal seam roadwayuse a long time and the position of roadway layout is unreasonable, the daily maintenance ofroadway is particularly difficult, in the process of close distance coal seam mining, how to solvethe upper coal seam mining damage to the motherboard, there are still many problems to besolved.Based on the study of the closeddistancecoalseamgroupin Wuhushan Coal Mine ofShenhua Wuhai Coal Group Corporation Limitedas the research object,combining the reality ofwuhushan coal mine,through sitesurvey and theoretical research, numerical simulation and fieldmonitoring method, to make study on the optimal placement of floor roadway layout ofwuhushan close distance coal seam group.Wuhushan is gas coal mine, intend to excavation roadway in the lower coal seam, early asgas drainage roadway, later used as extraction roadway, roadway affected by the upper coalseam mining, roadwaylife is long, and if improper location of roadway layout, roadwaymaintenance is difficult, therefore, this paper in a series of research: first of all, through the fieldin wuhushan coal field sampling, to determine the mechanical properties of surrounding rock ofroadway roof; Then based on the mechanical properties of surrounding rock of roadway, thenumerical simulation method, to simulate the upper coal seam mining, the mining under theinfluence, floor roadway stress and displacement characteristics, through comparison of several alternatives, determine to floor roadway arrangement in the goaf below the upper coal seam isthe reasonable arrangement, then roadway support scheme is given, finally, the layout ofroadway site for on-site monitoring, observation results show that the surrounding rockdeformation is small, the surrounding rock stability, can meet the normal production of the mineactivities, the rationality of the roadway position arrangement is proved.This paper optimize the wuhushan extraction roadway position design, determine theposition of the reasonable layout of roadway and get the actual validation, ensure the normaloperation of the mine safety, at the same time provide a reference for the same geologicalconditions floor roadway layout.
