Saving energy and reducing consumption policy has deep into all walks of life across the country, both in government and enterprise leadership attaches great importance to.Domestic coal enterprises is high energy consumption industries, from coal production, transportation and other links will consume large amounts of lectricity,water and compressed air.Mainly from the technology and equipment of energy conservation and management of the three aspects of energy conservation.This topic for management and energy saving, developed a set of automatic data collection kinetic energy consumption and energy consumption data to predict the kinetic energy of the energy consumption prediction system.The system can achieve electricity, water and compressed air pressure, water pressure real-time monitoring and configuration software provides data curve analysis, alarm window, report printing, etc. Through these functions can be analysis equipment failure reason, constraints of energy consumption index of completion.Additional staff, according to the data collected through artificial intelligence prediction model calculation, to predict the future for a period of time the kinetic energy of the energy usage, can realize the reasonable dispatch and allocation of energy.This topic firstly introduces the kinetic energy of the energy consumption prediction algorithm research both at home and abroad, gives the research significance and purpose, and then using the automated collection technology, configuration software and artificial intelligence technology to the overall system design.This paper from the overall structure of the system framework and communication mode,hardware and software design, has been to energy consumption prediction model research, the complete and detailed introduces the system design process.In hardware design part, subject to the programmable controller, smart meters, sensors, frequency converter for the type selection and the electrical design, and also on the systemfrequency conversion regulating principle and anti-interference techniques used in the electrical design done in-depth research.In software design part, subjects completed the smart meters Modbus communication protocol, the equipment startup and protection,switch configuration picture of PLC programming, also for substation embedded version of the touch screen and remote PC configuration software design.Epilogue of kinetic energy consumption prediction model building and improvement of detailed research, finally took a gray algorithm and BP neural network combination forecast model, realize the simulation of the kinetic energy of mine energy consumption forecast.
