Study On The Public Management Policy Of Air Pollution In Lanzhou City

In recent years, people’s attention has been focused the environmental issues, especially, air pollution is the conspicuous problem for living environment degradation and the devastating consequences of the local economy as well as social development. Based on the current situation of air pollution, Lanzhou city government took a series of measures to tackle the urban environment pollution, so that air quality in Lanzhou has been improved to some extent. As the special geographical and meteorological conditions, unreasonable industrial layout and energy structure, fragile ecological environment as well as coal-burning pollution, dust, vehicle exhaust and many other factors, Lanzhou urban air quality has not been a fundamental improvement, and Lanzhou pollution is increasingly becoming constrained economic and social development of important resistance. Therefore, how to return people blue sky,namely it is extremely urgent to improve Lanzhou air quality that Lanzhou government should do.Firstly, by practical situation of air pollution in Lanzhou city, we analyzed it using a variety of methods to objectively demonstrate the natural environment and social factors for air pollution in Lanzhou City, the main causes and characteristics derived air pollution in Lanzhou City, so that we find the root causes of air pollution in Lanzhou.Secondly, this paper analyzes the main objective measures of Lanzhou City to combat air during "twelfth five" policy conducted, to explain the objective evaluation of treatment effect, to analysis of the existing problems from air pollution control in Lanzhou City.Finally, it considers that the inadequacies of the present stage for control policies and the main reasons of air pollution in Lanzhou. The paper also discusses Lanzhou air pollution control policies and put forward recommendationsFirstly, to Lanzhou city atmospheric environment monitoring data as the basis, through carries on the analysis to the Lanzhou city atmospheric pollution, that the main cause of air pollution in Lanzhou City and features, from the roots to find the focal point of the crack of air pollution in Lanzhou.
