With the rapid development of economy and society,the problem of air pollution in Tianjin city is more prominent than ever.He Dong District,as an important part of the city,has a large population density,many construction sites being built and a rapid increase in the number of motor vehicles.Coal fired boiler pollution,construction dust and second dust pollution,motor vehicle exhaust pollution,volatile organic pollution and other urban sources of pollution have increased recent years.The present situation of the atmospheric complex pollution in He Dong District is critical,which seriously affects the people's health and the sustainable development of economy and society.Dealing with dust issues of air pollution is an urgent need.Creating a good atmosphere for the residents and escorting for economic and social development has become the focus work of the relevant government departments.By analyzing the annual average concentration data,the monthly average concentration data and 24 hours data of the main pollutants PM₁₀?PM_2.5?SO₂?NO?NO₂?CO?O₃,we can get the overall change of the environmental air quality trends in He Dong District in recent years.We can also see the changes of various pollutants in the 12 and 24 hours data of the year and the analysis of the characteristics of air quality and pollutants in He Dong District.By the further analysis of the results of these data,we can evaluate the effects of coal combustion,coal control,motor oil standard upgrade,vehicle limit line,heavy pollution weather emergency warning system for air pollution control measures.In addition to these,by studying the emission reduction measures and the characteristics of the pollutant concentration data in the Spring Festival holiday period,the 2014 APEC conference and the victory of anti war fascism 70 anniversary,we can analyze the effect of the implementation,from which to get the future of the enlightenment in the management of atmospheric pollutants.Finally,based on the analysis of the above problems,we will give some suggestions and prospects which put forward to improve the air quality in the He Dong District..
