In recent years, the market appeared that mix the spurious with the genuine, shoddy adulterated, fake rice products, rice products of the regional characteristics suffered damage, Traceability Technology of rice safety is one of the effective methods to solve the problem, and traceability technology of rice safety mainly includes the stable isotopic fingerprint technology, near infrared spectroscopy, mineral element fingerprint technology, organic component fingerprint technology, electronic nose technology, liquid chromatography, and the technology of rice geographical traceability has been widely used and developed at domestic and abroad. In the field of geographical traceability of rice, the technology of stable isotope fingerprint technology and multi-mineral elements fingerprint technology and near infrared spectroscopy have been widely applied and developed, due to the advantages of the technology of mineral elements is simple operator, fast analysis, the low analysis cost and so on. Those advantages have gotten favors of many research workers and mineral elements fingerprint technology as the mark of geographical traceability of rice, while the composition of mineral elements will be influenced by geographical environment, variety, water, soil and other factors, the content of mineral element of rice in the different origin has obvious difference, Through the comprehensive analysis methods of detect multi-mineral elements, which can avoid the influence of analysis methods of single mineral elements on the instability and reliability of the experimental results.We determined the contents of 11 kinds of mineral elements of 45 rice samples of Ca, Cd, Cr, Cu, Fe, K, Mg, Mn, Na, Pb, Zn from Jilin Province of the origin of Songyuan City(Jinongda 809,Jinongda838, Tonghe855), Dehui City(Jinongda 809,Jinongda838,Tonghe 855) and Meihekou city(Jinongda 809,Jinongda838, Tonghe 855) by atomic absorption spectroscopy in this paper. Combined with the method of analysis of the differences analysis(ANOVA), principal component analysis(PCA), linear discriminant analysis(LDA) in the multivariate statistical analysis to analyze the content of mineral elements in the rice data, respectively, the difference analysis and the principal components of three varieties in Jilin Province of Songyuan City, Dehui City and Meihekou city, difference analysis results showed that there were significant differences between different varieties in Songyuan City, Cu, Fe, Mn, Zn, Ca, Cd, Cr, K, Mg, Na a total of 10 minerals; mineral elements in rice production areas in Dehui Ca, Cd, Cr, Cu, Fe, K, Mg, Mn, Na, Zn, there are significant differences between different varieties in Meihekou area; mineral elements Ca, Cd, Cr, Cu, Fe, Mg, Mn, Zn, Na and Pb in different varieties of rice were significant difference; the results of principal component analysis showed that principal component of every variety rice contains the mineral elements are not different, and have obvious difference, and the different variety rice of the same origin could be correctly discriminate by the discriminant analysis.The conclusion that is the variety of rice has an effect on the content of mineral elements from Songyuan City, Dehui City and Meihekou city in Jilin Province.The rice species of Jinongda 809,Jinongda838, Tonghe 855 from Dehui, Songyuan and Meihekou in Jilin Province, three rice varieties were divided into groups through different regions and different varieties, a total of six combinations, through the difference analysis and discriminant analysis,the results showed that the different varieties of rice of correct rate of discriminant origin traceability is 80% ~ 97.76%, All fractions were not obtained correct discriminant, the discriminant function contains fewer species of element, which cannot reflect the information of original data. Through the use the means of the same varieties of rice from Songyuan City, Dehui City, Meihekou City to discriminate geographical traceability of rice, the accuracy of discriminant analysis was 100%. All components could be able to correct discriminant, most kinds of element were included by the discriminant function.In conclusion, through the discrimination analysis of the content of mineral elements in three different varieties rice form Songyuan City, Dehui City, Meihekou city in Jilin Province. We concluded that the correct rate of discriminant of geographical traceability by using the same rice variety is great higher than the correct rate of discriminant through the different rice variety. It is proved that the varieties of rice have effect on the accuracy of discriminant geographical traceability of rice, which will provide the reliable theoretical basis for the establishment of data base of the discriminant geographical traceability of rice.
