Biluochun is a famous green tea in China, which is rich in nutrients and high economic value,so it is highly sought after by consumers. However, due to the limited planting area, the contradiction between production and quality is becoming increasingly prominent, leading to confusion in the market for Biluochun's product labeling, shoddy, and frequent occurrences of false positives, which seriously damage the interests of consumers, tea farmers, and Biluochun's brand benefits. Therefore,it is urgent to establish an accurate and reliable Biluochun discriminant method. In this paper, the tea leaves and corresponding tea plantation soils in Dongting(shan)Biluochun production area of Dongshan,Suzhou were used as experimental materials to explore the feasibility and effectiveness of the mineral element fingerprinting technique for the traceability of Biluochun tea in Dongting(Shan)in Suzhou. The results are as follows:1.Determination of Al,P,K,Mg,Ca,Na,Fe,Mn,Cu,Cr,Ni,Pb in tea plantation soil and corresponding tea tree leaves using microwave digestion-inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry(ICP-OES)12 The content of mineral elements, using ArcGIS 10.3 software to explore the spatial distribution of the tea plantation soil and the corresponding tea plant leaf mineral elements, the results show that the tea plantation soil and tea tree leaves in the spatial distribution of the mineral element present a similar or opposite layout status; The Pearson correlation analysis was used to investigate the correlation between tea garden soil and tea leaves. The results showed that the Ni,Fe,and Al elements had a significant or highly significant positive correlation between the tea garden soil and corresponding tea leaves. And there is a certain correlation between the mineral elements in tea garden soil and the mineral elements in tea leaves.2.Based on the analysis of the relationship between the tea plant leaves and tea plantation soil mineral elements, through the analysis of principal components(PCA)and cluster analysis(CA),the results showed that the Biluochun tea samples from Dongting(shan)can be divided into two categories:tea samples in the northern region and the central and southern regions. In order to further explore the source of tea samples, four kinds of valuable mineral elements such as Fe,Mg,Ca and Al were selected as indicators of the origin of discriminant analysis.A discriminant model was established and the validity of the model was tested. In summary, the content of mineral elements in Biluochun samples from Dongting(shan)has certain differences between regions. The four effective indicators of mineral elements Fe,Mg,Ca,and Al are 98.1%of the overall discriminant correctness rate for the Dongting(shan)Biluochun production area.It is feasible to trace the source of Dongting Biluochun using mineral element fingerprinting technology combined with multivariate statistical methods.
