Surface-Enhanced Raman Scattering(SERS) spectroscopy is one of the most important modern molecular techniques. The exploration of enhancement mechanism has been very popular in the field of surface science. The preparation of different structure and material of active SERS substrate has been the foundation of the SERS related research which is significant for the development of SERS. In this work, a two-dimensional orderly precious metal micro-nanostructure has been prepared by template method, whose structure can be controlled at nanometer scale. We also studied the surface plasmon resonance(SPR) and SERS properties of this structure. The main contents are as following:1、Dispersion-polymerization method and soap free emulsion polymerization withinβ-cyclodextrin method were used to fabricate Micro and Nano-sized polystyrene microspheres independently. This paper studied the influence of the monomer consumption、the proportion of ethanol and water in dispersion medium and the initiator consumption on the the final emulsion polymeric product particle size during the process of preparing micron polystyrene microspheres. By controlling the related reaction conditions, we realized the control of the particle size of polystyrene microspheres.2、In this paper, we used well-optimized polystyrene microspheres to built different structure of templates by LB technique, included two-dimensional aperiodic and periodic structure monolayer polystyrene microsphere film. The main methods are self-assembly and pressure control. Polystyrene microspheres can self-assemble to two-dimensional aperiodic templates. The key of two-dimensional ordered periodic template preparation are maintaining the appropriate target surface pressure when transferring.3、This paper sputtering metal thin film on the surface of PS template by using rf magnetron sputtering method. By changing the thickness of the metal thin film, the materials and the polystyrene microsphere templates, we are able to prepare different SERS substrates.4、This paper studied the features of SPR and SERS of different templates and SERS substrates, combined surface topography with SPR properties of different SERS substrates to analyze and classify the enhancement mechanism of different SERS substrates.
