Study blue carbon during sintering technology is the application of the strategic needs of the country’s metallurgical industry, the use of semi-coke instead of part of the coke iron ore sintering will help enterprises save energy, so not only can solve the pulverized coal pyrolysis products blue carbon way, but also promote the development of blue carbon industry. While improving sinter quality, reduce fuel costs and sinter iron and steel industry to promote high-yield, high-quality, low-cost direction of great significance.Currently sintering solid fuel use domestic steel industry mainly include coke breeze and anthracite, coke due to high fixed carbon, ash, low volatile and is widely used, and anthracite coke powder sintering performance than the slightly poor. Blue carbon has three high and one low excellent characteristics, namely: high fixed carbon,chemical activity, high resistivity, low ash. Orchid Mg0 carbon content can either make up the sintering raw material and solvent component is less useful, but also on the melting properties and strength reduction of iron ore slag has played a crucial role.In this paper, blue carbon industry analysis, ash composition, ash melting point characteristics, combustion properties, reactivity and related performance pilot study combining theory and experimental data, blue carbon as sintering fuel were studied experimentally sintered by sintering tests, determine the appropriate amount with addition of carbon-lan, in order to achieve the best results, and efficient use of sintered carbon-lan resources, thereby reducing sintering production costs.This paper analyzed by sintering tests and experimental data in the case of fuel ratio without increasing the softening performance of the resultant sintered ore,reducing performance, reduction degradation, drum strength analysis and research, the following conclusions by experiment :(1) Blue carbon as a sintering fuels for producing sintered ore advantageous.(2) In the semi-coke ratio was 20%, 30%, 40% of the data obtained in the analysis can be drawn, Fe O content in sinter-coke ratio is 30% minimum content of sinter reductive better.(3) Charcoal blue knot fuel ratio reached 30% in the case of fuel ratio without increasing the softening performance of the resultant sintered ore, preferably reduction degradation, restore performance, drum strength and metallurgical properties of the sintered meet standard mine.
