At present, various types of electrical control device of oil pumping machine which are used in the oilfield are increasingly widespread applied in the gas production of CBM well. In recent years, in order to improve the work efficiency of the pumping, the production of coal seam gas, and saving energy and reducing consumption, people have taken a lot of measures and developed dozens of energy-saving motors and electric control devices of beam pumping units. Single-well pumping variable frequency energy-saving electrical control cabinets are one of them, which are of importance in saving energy and reducing consumption and improving the production process, while problems also exist, such as more serious current harmonic in the grid side, low power factor, serious voltage sags which cause by the long distances spanned by AC power, the unreasonable approach to motor generating electricity produced by pumping down stroke and so on.In view of the above problems, the paper researches and develops a set of CBM wells production control system based on the DC bus power supply. It takes advantages of the characteristics of coalbed gas concentration distribution. By using the method of multiple pumping connecting to the common DC bus, the energy of the feedback of motor generating electricity is realized of feedback sharing and recycling, achieving the purpose of the group control and the overall energy saving. Making full use of the advantages of DC bus power supply, it solves the problems of the long line of traditional AC transmission, the serious voltage loss in the mountain environment.For the power side of the group control system, the subject has carried on preliminary exploration and simulation for multiple power complementary DC power supply which includes wind, grid, diesel, gas turbine, photovoltaic, energy storage etc. And this paper adopts the three-phase uncontrolled rectifier circuit based on network electric or complementary network electric and internal combustion engine which is more economic and practical at present.For the terminal control system which is combined with the need of coal seam gas drainage, this paper has studied on software and hardware design of the power supply module of the inverter unit and the ultrasonic transducer unit respectively and analyzed corresponding experimental. The experimental results show that, the terminal unit reaches the requirements of coalbed methane drainage.In addition, this paper writes a set of PC monitoring software based on VB which realizes the real-time monitoring of electric terminal operating parameters and operating faults in the group control system, remote control the start and stop of the terminals, and the writing terminal operation parameter.
