In the process of oil and gas production, we can use oil and gas properties analysis instrument to monitor the indicators of each material in the oil and gas mixture, but the use of foreign oil and gas analysis instrument is expensive, the cost is very high, its adaptability is poor and maintenance is difficult. The near infrared spectral analysis technology has become an important direction of real-time on-line analysis of oil and gas, The main task of the this topic is to design and develop the data acquisition system based on linear CCD as detector, in order to meet the high performance low cost based on the demand of the oil and gas properties of near infrared spectrum analysis instrument. The following is the main content of this paper:Firstly, according to the structure characteristics and working principle of oil and gas properties analysis instrument, design the overall scheme of the data acquisition system, analysis of the characteristics and the design goalof the data acquisition system, build a platform for the development of data acquisition system.Secondly, based on the basic principle of CCD and the working principle of TCD1304, and on the basis of CCD photoelectric transformation logic timing and technical requirements of the ADC conversion, designed and developed based on CCD drive timing of STM32 ADC data acquisition and conversion; then design the CCD peripheral hardware circuit and PC interface, through the memory management system structure, implement data communication beween the micro controller and the upper machine.Finally, Debug the experimental system, the experimental result shows that our experiment equipment can meet the requirements. Therefore, laid a experimental basis for the subsequent spectral analysis of oil and gas in future.
