With the development of society,people have been studying the properties and parameters of materials.The elastic parameters of materials have an inseparable relationship with the state of the material,the performance and life of the material,and the corresponding prediction can be made through the elastic parameters.Soft material elastic parameter measurement system can measure elastic parameters such as contact force and elastic modulus.The soft material elastic parameter measurement system has a wide range of applications in the field of flaw detection.For example,in biomedicine,it can help doctors obtain accurate elastic parameters of human tissues,so as to determine whether the tissue has a lesion.In the rubber industry it is possible to distinguish the quality of the products produced.This subject proposes a new type of soft material elastic parameter measurement system based on the indentation method,which increases the types of elastic parameters that can be measured and improves the accuracy and stability of the measurement.According to the production cost and the applicable scope,this paper designs two kinds of soft material elastic parameter measurement system,which are respectively based on the automatic force loading device and the manual force loading device.In this paper,the structure and data acquisition of these two kinds of measurement systems with different force loading methods are introduced in detail,and their working principles are described.The data acquisition part of the measurement system based on the automatic force loading device realizes the accurate acquisition,processing and real-time display of the sensor signals through the virtual instrument Lab VIEW.The data acquisition part of the measurement system based on the manual force loading device is based on the STM32f103c8t6 processing chip as the core.The sensor signal is magnified by 248 times through the AD620 amplification chip,and finally displayed on the LCD screen.Finally,this paper uses Solidworks software to build a three-dimensional model,applies 3D printing technology to make prototypes,measures elastic modulus of different soft materials,compares the error between the measured value and the real value,and finally concludes that the error of the measurement system is 15% Within meets the requirements of engineering applications,and analyzes the causes of errors,laying a foundation for further improvement of the entire measurement system.This subject is based on these two force-loading methods of soft material elastic parameter measurement systems designed by the indentation method.In addition to the common advantages of small size,easy operation,wide application range and high measurement accuracy,the system is based on an automatic force-loading device.It also has the advantages of strong scalability,the system based on the manual force loading device has a high degree of integration,and has the advantages of strong pertinence.
