The oil drill pipe is a pipe with threaded ends, threaded connection on the drill ground equipment and in drilling bottom drilling and grinding equipment by the cone tube. The drill pipe is made use of drilling mud transported to the drill bit, and improving together, reducing or rotary hole device. Drill pipe is high frequency wear because of tremendous pressure,twisting, bending and vibration. Application of repairing screw thread technology can greatly improve the reuse rate of oil drilling equipment, prolong the service life of drill pipe actual. At the same time, the technology can save resources effectively.The principle and the screw motion of ordinary lathe mechanism repair theory as the research foundation, emphatically analyzes the tool feed motion laws of common lathe processing thread. the space motion is simplified as a planar motion and describe it. Turning feeding principle deeply analyses the lathe thread machining method and numerical control lathe thread processing method, and how to ensure the movement between thread processing in the machining process, so as to ensure the correct type of thread. On this basis, the numerical control lathe thread repair using the method described in geometric space. And through the comparison of the two, to absorb the advantages of CNC lathe precision, the ordinary lathe NC refit. Through the comparison of the numerical control system at home and abroad, considering the system reliability and post service, decided to choose in the NC system of Huazhong CNC system in Guangzhou or in the alternative. Then the numerical control programming is testing in lab.Modular program and mature technology can reduce the labor intensity of workers and improve the repair accuracy requirements.To design the four jaw chuck, in the thread repair before aligning and centering clamping,in order to improve the accuracy of thread repair.
