The device of setting inner bag into woven bag is a very important part of bag stuffing and sewing machine. The automatic machine of bag stuffing and sewing consists of the following five parts: outer bag delivery, bag pressing and convey, inner bag delivery, setting inner bag into out bag, duplex bag delivery and integrated control. The device of setting inner bag into woven bag is the middle part of bag stuffing and sewing machine. It plays a connecting role in the whole machine. The quality of this device's function has a direct influence on the quality of duplex bag, even affecting the whole machine's function. Therefore, the design and optimization study of the device of setting inner bag into woven bag is very significant.This paper focused on the device of setting inner bag into woven bag with structural design and optimization study, doing the following jobs:(1)Based on the device's function require, design primary structure scheme, and make sure it feasible.Then design the components and parts,and use SolidWorks software building models. Using simulation function carries on the movement simulation design to make sure that there is no interference between components and parts.(2)After the modeling of the device of setting inner bag into woven bag, save it as an intermediate format parasolid and then import it to ANSYS Workbench software to do structural static analysis. Add engineering materials database, define material property, define contact surface, generate mesh, apply loads and restrictions,set solver, export the device's deflection, equivalent stress, equivalent strain, and make a summary.(3)Analyze the cause of rod deflection, do optimization study and propose improvement project. Build modified model and import it to ANSYS Workbench software to do structural static analysis. Contrast the analyzed result to the one before.(4)Using RecurDyn software,calculate the displacement error of timing belt driving of the device of setting inner bag into woven bag. Analysis the result and provide optimization proposal.(5)Correct the drawing based on the modified dates.Based on the theoretical knowledge,design the whole device's structure, and use ANSYS Workbench software to do structural static analysis. According to the result, do optimization study of the rod. Analysis the displacement error of timing belt driving of the device of setting inner bag into woven bag. Do optimization study and improvement project of irrational structure to improve the device's stability and reliability.
