The demand for the clothing comfort is growing with the improvement of the quality of life with many kinds of new type of comfort fabrics upper out one after another in the market. Intimates will stick on the skin when get wetted by water or under the condition of the human body sweating, which will cause a great deal of discomfort. In recent years, many kinds of fabrics have appeared in the market with functions of moisture absorption、quick drying and anti-attached. However, at present, there is still no evaluation standard for the function of fabric toward the anti-attached of fabrics. The evaluation method for the fabric wet comfort is still based on the dressing experiment, and has not formed a relatively unified test method or standard. The results of fabricwet-comfort dressing testing usually has a very big discreteness, which is not only caused by the subjective emotion of participants, but also the choice of testing time and speed. The thesis determined the test points and test methods for subjective evaluation, and accomplished the setting of measurement site and the choice of test points through the clothing wet body adhesion test for the different parts of the body. Conventional fabric samples on the market were taken as the experimental samples, and 10 healthy young students as the subjects. The fitting comparison was made through ranking subjective tests on 10 pieces of fabric, combining with objective adhesion test results. The test point of subjective evaluation was determined on former underarms. The fitting results also indicate that the change trend of separating distance, maximum adhesion force and the adhesion work is irregularly, while they show consistency in data fitting: when expanded the maximum adhesion force’s reciprocal to 100 times, the curve we got is consistent with the curve of separating distance;when the maximum adhesion force were reduced half and added the separating distance together, compared with the original data, the curve we got is consistent with the curve of maximum adhesion force. In order to better induct the objective test and the subjective evaluation of wet fabric adhesive comfort, static time and separation speed of wet fabric were used as parameter to study by XAD-1 fabric wet adhesion apparatus. This study indicates that when people wear wet clothes with different velocity of movement, it causes different comfortableness. Different wet fabric have little impact on static time with 5s/15s/30s/60s/120s/180 s. The 15 s static time would be recommended to norm experimental operation and improve efficiency. With the different separation speed of 15mm/s, 30mm/s, 50mm/s, 100mm/s, most of wet fabric adhesion were varied with it but not affect the different fabrics. At last, with the grey relative analysis method, we try to explore the relativity between physical parameter and wet adhesion property of weaving fabrics. The research shows that the max adhesion force has greater correlation with the adhesion work. Compared with the experiments of knitting fabrics, it is found coincident with the regularity of weaving fabrics. As far as the structure parameters, permeability and moisture content of weaving fabric to be concerned, they have most correlations with separating distance among the indexes of adhesion property. They has not much difference with the structure parameters, basic property and adhesion property of knitting fabrics. The regularity referred in this report, has the exploration of evaluation methodology for fabric wet adhesion and the influential factors are also in need of processing. It can give the reasonable references to the good wet adhesion fabric design, which can meet expectant property. It has great value and guidance for developing the outstanding wet adhesion fabrics.
