The effects of storage environment on the water content of compounds,self-adhesion and extrusion rheological properties of filled compounds were synthetically investigated by means of TGA,FTIR,mooney viscometer,RPA,capillary rheometer and so on.Firstly,the influence of environmental factors on self-adhesion of compounds filled with carbon black was investigated.The results showed that humidity had less influence on self-adhesion of compounds.During the process of storage,water absorption capacity of the formula one is greater than that of the formula two,but the maximal water content did not exceed 1%.With increase of storage time and the rise of storage temperature,the compounds appearance blooming increased.Especially,the formula one was more easily.In addition,with increase of storage time the compounds self-adhesion declined linearly for formula one,the formula two declined rapidly after four days.Secondly,the influence of environmental factors on rheological properties of compounds filled with carbon black was investigated.The results showed that at the humidity 25%,storage temperature and time had no infiuence on the water content of compounds filled with carbon black,and the value of water content was approximately from 0.6% to 0.7%.At the humitidy 85%,the water content of compounds filled with carbon black increased,which experienced the longer storage time and the higher storage temperature.When the storage temperature was 30?,the compounds had the maximum water content about 2% and the least water content at 20? about 1.65%.With increase of storage time and the rise of storage temperature,the value of ML1+4100,?G'and the relaxation time of compounds increased;and the more water content,the less of the ML1+4100,?G',relaxation time.At the humidity 25%,the shear viscosity has no connection with storage time and temperature.At the humidity 85%,the shear viscosity at the shear rate less 200s-1 was declined with the time increase,the rise of temperature and water content increase.The appearance of extrusion rubber is affected less by storage environmental factors.Finally,the influence of environmental factors on rheological properties of compounds filled with silica was investigated.The results showed that at the hunmitidy 25%,the water content of compounds filled with silica basically remain unchanged about 1.2%.At the humidity 45% and 65%,with the temperature rise and the time increase,the water content gradually increased,and reached a blance station after 4 days,about 1.5%.At the humidiy 85%,the water content of compounds increased with the time increase,the temperature rise and up to about 2.7%.When the storage temperature was 20?,the rheological properties of compounds filled with silica had less connection with the storage time and humidity.When the storage temperature was 30? and 40?,the longer storage time and the higher temperature and humidity will make the ML1+4100,?G',relaxation time of compounds increased.The Storage time,temperature and humidity synergistically affected the compounds properties.In addition,it was found that when the storage time exceeds 6 day,the extruding distortion occurs on the surface of extrusion rubber.when the storage temperature exceeds 30?,and the humidity increases,the extruding distortion become more serious.
