With the continuous development and improvement of linear motor technology, because of the excellent driving performance in the pumping equipment, linear motor applied more and more widely. The pump can be directly driven by linear motor for reciprocating linear motion,need no intermediate transmission device,meet the requirements of production technology automatic control and adapt to bad working environment, it has obvious advantages in improving the system overall efficiency and energy saving. Exposed many problems.in the process of application,severe vibration of the system,serious wear and tear of linear motor, insufficient lifting force and so on. Based on the mechanical system dynamics, this article study on the submersible linear motor lifting system in the view of the problems, it mainly includes the following several aspects:Analyze the structure and working principle in the submersible linear motor lifting system, based on the fluid concentrate quality, establish the mechanical model, boundary conditions simulation model, mathematical model and numerical simulation model of the downhole longitudinal vibration unit; establish the calculation model of the dynamic parameters in the submersible linear motor lifting system.Apply the electromagnetism theory, the permanent magnet synchronous linear motor unilateral magnetic force is deduced, the unilateral magnetic force as an exciting force, analyze the down hole transverse vibration unit, as a whole to study on the linear motor, establish the numerical simulation model of the downhole transverse vibration unit,obtain natural frequency, vibration mode and dynamic response.Based on the downhole transverse vibration unit, the expression of the air gap and the electromagnetic thrust, electromagnetic power, power factor and efficiency performance parameters was deduced.Apply the matlab, simulation calculated the dynamic parameters of the submersible linear motor lifting system,obtain the submersible linear electric motor movement rule,submersible linear motor load change rule, submersible linear motor power change rule and the relation curve between the air gap and performance parameters of the submersible linear motor,calculated the linear motor thrust and power, provides the theory basis for design and parameter for the linear motor lifting system.
