At present, the ways to treat the sewage by biological treatment mainly include SBR,biological filter, oxidation ditch, A2/O and biological sludge adsorption. The core technology of them is the consumption of organic pollutants by the microbial growth and reproduction. The process is divided into adsorption, penetration, degradation. No matter in domestic or abroad, the process of microbial adsorption, penetration and degradation are in the same reactor;the required hydraulic retention time is long, as well as the amount of excess sludge is large. Besides a labor costs increment, this leads to a corresponding increase in the cost of processing and structures construction. Therefore, it is necessary to establish an experimental model which is capable of rapid removal of organic pollutants in water. In order to achieve the purpose of rapid removal of organic pollutants in wastewater, this paper first verifying the theory the former group proposed, which is adsorption biological wastewater treatment process to remove organic carbon content- penetration-metabolic model is reasonable, and based on that the secondary adsorption rapid removal of organic matter in water experimental model is proposed. In this experimental model, first is the fresh sewage filtering, then turn into the first-level absorption pool, first-level flotation tank, the second-level adsorption pool, the secdond-level flotation tank. As the adsorption of activated sludge COD is a very rapid process, and flotation concentrate can quickly be concentrated sludge, making dewatering. Through twin adsorptions and twin flotation process, it can achieve the purpose of rapid processing of organic pollutants in sewage. This paper also studied the way of how to improve the effect of removing the ammonia nitrogen in sewage by adsorption. By adding the hardened heterotrophic nitrification- aerobic denitrification bacteria into adsorption tank which are separated from the activated sludge, it can enhance the effect of adsorption pool and the pool of secondary adsorption of activated sludge in sewage removal under aerobic condition.
